NCP taskforce submits report on party unification



KATHMANDU: The taskforce formed to suggest organizational unification of Nepal Communist Party Nepal (NCP) submitted its report to the party Secretariat today.
The party’s standing committee had on December 27, 2018, constituted a nine-member taskforce under coordination of party leader Ram Bahadur Thapa.

According to NCP Spokesperson Narayankaji Shrestha, the party has begun discussions on the report. The next meeting of the secretariat scheduled on February 21 will continue to discuss the report.

He maintained that the meeting will take necessary decisions by settling the issues of organizational unity.
