KATHMANDU: A secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) scheduled for Saturday has been rescheduled for Sunday.

The meeting has been postponed citing the need for some internal homework to finalize remaining tasks in connection with party merger.

According to party general secretary Bishnu Poudel, the meeting on Sunday is expected to finalize remaining tasks of party unification.
