NCP Standing Committee meeting at 11 am today

KATHMANDU: A Standing Committee meeting of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) is taking place at 11 am at the party head office, Dhumbarahi on Monday.

The SC meeting will discuss the political dossier presented by NCP Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal yesterday.

Presenting an 11-page-long political dossier at the meeting yesterday, Dahal spewed his discontentment saying that the government has not done enough to fulfill its commitment to its ‘zero tolerance’ on corruption  and has failed to publicize all the good works that it has accomplished so far.

Earlier on Sunday, the meeting of the party Secretariat had finalized five agendas — political dossier, statute amendment, next meeting of the central committee, Nepal-India border dispute and miscellaneous — for the Standing Committee meeting.
