Small and cottage industries on a rise in Tanahu

TANAHU: An increasing number of people have been acquiring cottage and small industry registration in Tanahu.

The increase has been attributed to the mandatory provision for obtaining the PAN.

Among them, while 744 industries have been registered as the cottage industries, 734 have been registered towards commerce.

The Inland Revenue Office said that the figure for the first three and half months is quite encouraging.
