PHC to discuss complaints filed against justices today



KATHMANDU: Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) is holding discussion on the complaints filed against five proposed justices on Tuesday.

A total of five complaints have been lodged at the Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) against justices so far.

According to a source at the PHC, two complaints have been lodged against proposed justice Prakash Dhungana while one has been lodged against Hari Prasad Fuyal. The remaining two complaints do not refer to anyone.

The PHC meeting is taking place at 2 pm on Tuesday. “The PHC will hold talks with the complainants over their accusations,” Chairman Laxman Lal Karna told Khabarhub.

After holding discussion over the complaints, the hearing of the justices will begin.
