KATHMANDU: Three people died after consuming poisonous mushroom in Palpa. The deceased are identified as Dhan Kumari Singh, her daughter Nisha, 10, and Purna Bahadur Khamcha, 45 of Nisdi Rural Municipality -3, Palpa.
r treatment from Palpa, died while undergoing treatment at the hospital on Friday.
As many as 11 family members had fallen sick after eating mushroom brought home from the jungle on June 7.
