Education Minister leaves for China



KATHMANDU: Minister for Education, Science and Technology, Giriraj Mani Pokhrel on Wednesday left for Beijing, China to participate in the international conference on ‘Artificial Intelligence and Education’.

Co-organized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and China’s Ministry of Education, the conference will see artificial intelligence (AI) related to computer science.

A total of 160 UNESCO member states, international organizations, and participants from the AI sector will attend the event in Beijing on May 16-18.
