Biplav cadres set bus ablaze in Kailali



DHANGADHI: The cadres of Netra Bikram Chand aka ‘Biplav’ led Nepal Communist Party torched a passenger bus  here in the district on Thursday morning.

The incident occurred in the Rajipur jungle of Kailali district.

A total of 12 members playing musical instruments for a marriage ceremony were travelling in the bus. All the passengers as well as bus driver and helper are safe. The bus was heading towards Bhimduttanagar from Bhajani.

Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Kailali, Aabhushan Timsina said that an unidentified group comprising nine people torched the bus (Ma 1 Kha 441) by sprinkling diesel on it at 4 am.
