Two held on theft charge

POKHARA: Kaski Police has arrested two people on the charge of stealing electronic goods including laptop and computer sets from 11 ward offices of Pokhara Metropolitan City.

The arrested have been identified as Kishor Thapa, 51, of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-11, currently staying at Kalikachowk in Pokhara Metropolitan City-10, and Rupchandra Gopali, 36, of Thapa Municipality-12, Makwanpur, currently staying at Kalanki, Kathmandu.

Police have said that they were involved in the incidents of robberies in Pokhara for the last few weeks.

According to SP Dan Bahadur Karki, Thapa and Gopali were found to have sold the stolen goods in the capital.

Police said they are investigating the case.
