Monsoon will continue for two more days: MFD



KATHMANDU: The incessant rains will continue throughout today (Saturday), too, according to Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD). Heave rains will occur in some parts of eastern, central and western regions of the country.

Similarly, rains are expected in various parts of the country on Saturday night. Heavy rains are likely in some parts of eastern, western and central regions.

According to MFD, the monsoon will remain active for two more days in the central and eastern regions of the country.

Meanwhile, the Department has advised to take caution as there is risk of further landslides in the hills and floods in the Tarai regions due to incessant rains throughout the country.
