Crime Division Inspector arrested on bribe charge



KATHMANDU: Inspector Jaya Nepal Thapa, an Inspector at Metropolitan Crime Division was nabbed with 40 thousand rupees bribe amount on Wednesday.

Thapa was caught red-hand while accepting 40 thousand rupees as bribe from a foreign employment entrepreneur.

The CIAA team from Naxal Kathmandu, which had got the prior information about the demand of bribe, arrested Thapa while the alleged was taking the bribe from the entrepreneur.
