KATHMANDU: Chinese President Xi Jinping is arriving in Nepal on a two-day state visit on October 12.

Xi is scheduled to land at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu at 4:30 pm on Saturday.

The Chinese President is visiting Nepal on the invitation of his Nepali counterpart Bidhya Devi Bhandari.

Kathmandu bores a different look today. Walls and bridges have been painted, greenery has been maintained in various parts of the capital city. Roads have been blacktopped. Pavements have been made colorful.

This is how Kathmandu looks.
