Ganesh Man’s role unforgettable: NC President Deuba



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has lauded the role of Ganesh Man Singh, the Supreme Commander of Nepal’s democratic movement, terming it ‘unforgettable’.

Issuing a statement on the occasion of Singh’s 105th birth anniversary today, Deuba said Ganesh Man was an iconic leader not only in Nepal’s democratic movement but also in the international politics.

Deuba said that Singh’s devotion to democracy needs to be remembered by the coming generation.

“NC prominent leader contributed even in hard times,” the statement said.

Ganeshman Singh was born at Chaksibari in Kathmandu on Kartik 14, 1971 BS.
