Leader of Biplav outfit nabbed in Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: A leader of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit has been arrested in Kathmandu.

A police team deployed from Metropolitan Crime Division arrested Jhapa District member and Mechinagar In-charge Yam Kumar Giri from Tinkune.

Giri has been accused of bombing at the Biratmode-based Sahara Saving and Credit Cooperative Limited.

Police said they are further investigating the case.
