KATHMANDU: The National Assembly (NA) on Monday endorsed the Appropriation Bill, 2076 with a majority votes.
During today’s meeting, Minister for Finance Yubaraj Khatiwada had presented a proposal to endorse the bill which was subsequently endorsed.
Earlier, the bill was endorsed by the House of Representatives. The bill will be implemented from July 17 as the budget for the fiscal year 2019-20 after it is authenticated by President Bidya Devi Bhandari.
The National Assembly will sit again at 4 pm on Tuesday.
