NA sends four bills clause-wise discussion



KATHMANDU: The National Assembly (NA) on Friday has sent four bills to the Legislation Management Committee for clause-wise discussion.

The bills include ‘Senior Citizen (First Amendment) Bill-2075 BS, Pension Fund Bill-2075 BS, ‘Citizen Investment Trust (Second Amendment) Bill-2075 BS, and ‘Advertisement Regulation Bill-2075 BS’.

According to NA Secretary Rajendra Phuyal, the House of Representatives (HoR) endorsed the ‘Commission on Investigation of Enforced Disappeared Persons and Truth and Reconciliation (Second Amendment)-2075 BS’ which was sent to the HoR with message after NA endorsement. The next meeting of the NA, the upper house of federal parliament, will take place at 11.00 am on February 12.
