KATHMANDU: Three people died in separate road accidents in Tanahun, Sindhupalchowk, and Rupandehi last night.

Shur Bahadur Tamang of Indrawati in Sindhupalchok died on the spot when he fell off a running truck — Ba 4 Kha 7018 — in Melamchi. He was returning home after attending a wedding ceremony.

Likewise, a person died when a motorcycle — Lu 3 Pa 5001 — he was riding collided with a parked truck — Lu 1 Kha 9552 — along the Taulihawa-Maryadapur section of the road. The deceased has been identified as Bijendra Dhobi of Kapilvastu.

Likewise, Thule Thapamagar, 82, of Bandipur died when he was a hit by Pokhara-bound microbus — Ba 2 Kha 5039 — at Bandipur along the Prithvi Highway.
