SANKHUWASABHA: A cadre of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit has been arrested from Panchkhapan Municipality of the district with explosives.
According to police, Yam Prasad Gautam, 30, of Chainpur-5 was arrested from Panchkhapan-5. Police were tipped off that a cadre of Biplav outfit was present in the village.
Police seized 15 neojels used to prepare explosives, 13 electric detonators, 11 non-detonators, 9.95 meters safety fuses, mobile and a diary from his procession.
Police said they are further investigating.
