ARGHAKHANCHI: Three people were killed in a jeep accident occurred at Narapani of Arghakhanchi a while ago.
According to police, they died on the spot. A jeep (Lu 1 Ja 4329) en route to Sandhikharka from Krishnanagar met with the accident.
Three bodies have been retrieved from the accident site while five have been rescued and are being taken to Sandhikharka for treatment, Deputy Superintendent of Police Prakash Bita confirmed.
When contacted, Chief District Officer Bijay Raj Poudel said they were heading towards the accident site. Further details are awaited.
