JANAKPUR: Cadres and leaders of ruling party in Province 2 have staged a demonstration against the announcement of vacancies by the Public Service Commission (PSC).

The youths and students loyal to the ruling party  took to the streets after Chief Minister Lalbabu Raut expressed dissatisfaction with the process of the vacancy announcement.

The cadres of Samajwadi Party and Rastriya Janata Party staged the demonstration before it conversed into a corner meeting in Janakpur yesterday.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Raut said, ” The Public Service Commission’s vacancy announcement has breached the jurisdiction of the province and is against the spirit of the federal constitution.

He warned of an stringent action ahead if the announce were not corrected at the earliest.
