Police arrest 16 people for involving in assault



Police have arrested 16 people of two different gangs involving in a fight near the mechanical bridge in ward no. 5 of Kusma municipality. The incident took place on Wednesday

Those arrested are Santosh Pariyar, Karan Gurung, Muskan Pun and others from ward no. 4 of the municipality and Suman KC and Sujan KC from ward no. 7, Ashis KC, Ashwin Chettri from ward no. 5 and Abhiskhe Poudel and Adit Bhandari from ward no. 6, according to police.

Ashwin Chettri and Adit Bhandari, who was injured in the incident are undergoing treatment at the district hospital, police inspector Rajan Rayamajhi said. Meanwhile, a case under public offense act has been registered and the necessary investigation is underway.
