KATHMANDU: With the advancement of information technology, you can now call a taxi by using an app.
This has been possible after an app Easy Taxi Nepal was developed in collaboration with Upatyaka Taxi Byabasayi Tatha Chalak Sewa Samaj.
The taxi samaj comprising over 5,000 taxi drivers have initiated this service to the valley commuters.
According to Sanu Purba Chhane, chairman of Upatyaka Taxi Byabasayi Tatha Chalak Sewa Samaj, the customers can download an app ‘Easy Taxi Nepal’ on their mobile and register their name. Once they log in the real time map, their current local is displayed and they have to select their destination.
