NCP wins by one vote in Dharan-7



DHARAN: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) candidate for Dharan sub-metropolitan-7 Jiwan Subedi has won the by-election by one vote.

Subedi garnered 622 votes while his closest rival Nepali Congress candidate Subarna Palikhe got 621 votes.
