SAG 2019: Nepal bags first silver medal



KATHMANDU: Nepal bagged the first medal in the ongoing 13th South Asain Games held in Kathmandu.

Karate player Chanchala Danuwar won the silver medal in the Karate event.

She was defeated by Pakistani player Sahida in the final match. She scored 24.02 points while Sahida got 24.62 points.

Similarly, Bangladesh won the bronze medal.
