Either complete works on time, or face consequence, warns PM



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister K P Oli has warned that any delay in construction works, undertaken with the commitment of completing within the stipulated timeframe, would not be acceptable.

“I ask one and all to expedite the construction process to ensure the completion within the stipulated time,” PM Oli said while launching the expansion of the Nepal Telecom 4G service in the capital on Wednesday.

The government, he said, will not compromise when it comes to development in its endeavor towards prosperity.

Stating that the government has been moving ahead on the path of prosperity, PM Oli reiterated the government’s slogan of “Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali”.

He also instructed the concerned company to not make any delay in laying the optical fiber to ensure smooth service to the people.

“The government is working to ensuring quality service and facilities to the people,” he said adding that development and good governance have been the government’s topmost priority.
