Morocco’s Ambassador calls on Foreign Affairs Minister Gyawali

KATHMANDU:  Mohamed Maliki, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Nepal, on Friday paid a courtesy call on Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali at latter’s office in Kathmandu.

The meeting focused on mutual welfare and interests between Nepal and Morocco, it has been said.

During the meeting, Minister Gyawali requested the ambassador to encourage the people of Morocco to visit Nepal to observe the ‘Visit Nepal Year, 2020’ and urged industrialists and entrepreneurs of the country to invest in Nepal as an environment conducive has been created in this regard following the formation of a stable government.

Partnership and cooperation between the two countries continue in the regional and international forum while promoting multi-sectoral approach, the minister said.
