KASKI: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Tuesday arrested an engineer with bribe.
Engineer Osi Akhtar Muhammad at Drinking Water and Sanitation Division Office, Syangja was arrested red-handed with the kickback.
Muhammad had demanded bribe from a service seeker who was asking payment for a drinking water project.
