CPN lawmakers to donate one day’s salary to windstorm victims

KATHMANDU: Lawmakers of the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) will be donating their one day’s salary to the windstorm victims of Bara and Parsa districts.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli informed that the party’s lawmakers representing the federal parliament will be donating their one day’s salary to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.

At least 32 persons were killed and some 500 were injured after windstorm hit Bara and Parsa districts on Saturday night.
