DOTI: A medical team deputed from the district public health office has collected swab from 330 people in the district till Wednesday.

It was collected from 12 quarantine centers on the suspect of COVID-19. After collecting the swab, the medical team has moved towards Kailali to collect the swab there today.

Focal person of Doti, Surya Bahadur Bista shared that the collected swab would be reached to State hospital for lab tests.

The medical team comprising specialist doctors had reached Achham and Doti districts on Wednesday after realizing possible outbreak of COVID-19 in these districts as a large number of people returned home from India, raising a further alarm.
