72 die in India due to coronavirus



KATHMANDU: With the coronavirus going pandemic across the world, the cases of the novel virus have increased in India, too.

A total of 14 people have died in India in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 72 as of Friday morning.

With the 545 new cases, the total infection cases have climbed to 2, 543.

Similarly, 191 among those undergoing treatment are critical.

Meanwhile, with 5, 790 new deaths, the total death toll has climbed to 52, 982 across the world.

The coronavirus which broke out in Wuhan City of China last December has spread to 204 countries so far.
