COVID-19 death toll in Italy climbs to 13, 915



KATHMANDU: The death toll from coronavirus pandemic in Italy has reached 13, 915 after 760 died in a single day.

Similarly, 115, 242 people have been infected in the country after 4, 668 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, according to the Woldometer.

The condition of 4, 053 among 83, 049 who are currently undergoing treatment at various hospitals is critical.

Likewise, 18, 278 have recovered after treatment.

The COVID-19 which broke out in Wuhan City of China last December has already spread to 204 countries.

According to Johns Hopkins University, the novel virus has claimed 52,863 people and infected 1,013,157 globally as of Friday morning.

A total of 210, 186 people have recovered after treatment.
