Nepali national infected with COVID-19 in Portugal

KATHMANDU: A Nepali migrant worker in Portugal has tested positive for the coronavirus.

According to international media, a Nepali migrant worker, who tested for the novel virus, was working in an agricultural sector on the outskirts of Faro, the capital city of southern Portugal.

The infected agro labor has been identified as the Nepali national but his details including his name have been kept confidential.

A total of 245 people have been infected with the coronavirus so far in Portugal.
