In his address to the first declaration assembly of Nepal Federation of Commerce, Industry and Enterprises here today, he noted reaching financial capital to the access of small and medium scale entrepreneurs would enable an environment for the country’s development.

“Socialism would not take place without developing capitalism. It is imperative to spur investment in productive sectors so as to develop society”, he added.

The incumbent government is moving on a snail pace, he said, accusing the government of wasting its first two years ignoring economic development.
