Sanima General Insurance to issue IPO worth Rs 30 mln



KATHMANDU: Sanima General Insurance is set to issue 3,000,000 units of shares in an initial public offering (IPO).

Sanima General Insurance will issue 3 million shares worth Rs 30 million (Rs 100 per unit).

Meanwhile, the company has assigned NIC Asia Capital Limited as the issue manager.

With Rs 70 million as the paid-up capital already, the company’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 1 billion following the IPO issuance.
