Singer Aruna Lama being remembered



KATHMANDU: Legendary singer Aruna Lama is being remembered by organizing special programs at Rastriya Nachghar in the capital today.

Born at Ghumpahad in Darjeeling on September 9, 1945, she had passed away in 1998.

“Sabaile Bhanthe,  E Kanchha Malai Sunko Tara,” Pohor Sal Khusi Phatda, Hera Na Hera Na Kanchha, ” are Lama’s popular songs.
