NCP Chair Dahal extends Maghi greetings



KATHMANDU: Ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has extended best wishes on the occasion of Maghi festival and Makar Sangkranti today.

In his greetings, Dahal expressed his confidence that festivals would help maintain mutual goodwill, social unity, and fraternity among all Nepali people.

Saying that Nepal is a multi-ethnic, multi-lingual, multi-cultural and multi-religious country, he said that unity in diversity is a fundamental identity of the Nepali people.

The multiplicities of religions, language, and cultures have encouraged everyone to take ahead our society with mutual respect and goodwill.

He further wished that the festival would encourage all Nepalis towards building a peaceful, prosperous and progressive Nepal by enhancing a feeling of love, unity, and fraternity.
