KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) has brought new guidelines in regard to academic institutions running their higher education with affiliation from foreign universities and institutions.

The Ministry introduced the new guidelines by amending the previous guidelines 2059 BS.

According to the decision, the academic institutions operating with the affiliation from foreign universities and institutions need to maintain physical distance from the industrial estate and main road. They should have an access road for the fire engine and ambulance.
