KATHMANDU: Police have arrested four cadres including Mechi-Koshi Bureau in-charge Uma Bhujel and Morang district in-charge Naresh Chaulagain of Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav).

Two of them were held at Chakraghatti of Sunsari district on Saturday morning while the other two were rounded up from Sombare of Morang district on Friday, said District Police Office, Sunsari.
