SINDHULI: Sindhuli District Secretary of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit Sher Bahadur Waiba aka Kapil has been arrested on Saturday.
Waiba was arrested from Hetauda on the charge of setting an excavator of a construction entrepreneur on fire.
SP Chakra Bahadur Singh at District Police Office, Sunsari said that Waiba was arrested on a special tip-off.
SP Singh said that police are conducting necessary investigations against him.
