DANG: A leader of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit has been arrested on Thursday.
The arrested is Anil KC, 25, District Chairman of the student wing of the party.
According to police, KC, a permanent resident of Ghorahi-13, Sewar was arrested from Ghorahi-15, Tulsipur Chowk.
Spokesperson at District Police Office, Dang Binod Bikram Shah said that they are conducting a necessary investigation on him.
The eyewitness said KC was arrested while the student wing of the outfit was about to stage a protest rally.
