Nepali Congress unveils by-polls preparation program



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) has made public the first phase of its preparations for the November 30 by-elections for a member of the House of Representatives for Kaski constituency 2.

Under this preparatory programs, an election publicity committee office would be inaugurated in all 11 wards of Pokhara Metropolitan City on November 10, said Krishna KC, president of NC’s main election publicity committee and party district committee.

Likewise, a door-to-door publicity campaign would start from the metropolis-4 the same day. On the first day, the campaign will take place in the metropolis-8 and 9 while ward-7 will have it on the second day (November 11). Similarly, it will take place in ward-26 and 27 on the third day (November 12 and 13).
