Chinese Ambassador pays courtesy call on Foreign Minister Sharma



KATHMANDU: Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Zhang Maoming paid a courtesy call on Foreign Minister Balananda Sharma today.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that during the meeting at Minister Sharma’s office, the two sides discussed a range of issues of mutual interest, including bilateral cooperation and Nepal-China relations.

On the same day, Maldives’ Non-Resident Ambassador to Nepal, Aishat Azeema, also met with Minister Sharma. They discussed various aspects of Nepal-Maldives bilateral relations.

Both ambassadors had presented their credentials to President Ram Chandra Paudel on Tuesday.
