KATHMANDU: The issue of  bonded labors and tillers has not changed. The government had made an announcement on freed kamaiya (bonded labor)  18 years ago and tillers 10 years ago, Naya Patrika daily highlighted.

The government has already spent around Rs 5, 337,900,000 in a bid to free and rehabilitate bonded labors and tillers in the far-west of Nepal but the problem has remained the same.
