Gold price rises by Rs 900 per tola, continues record-breaking streak



KATHMANDU: Prices of gold and silver have been continuously setting new records over the past few days, with gold prices rising again on Wednesday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold increased by Rs 900 per tola on Wednesday. Gold is being traded at Rs 268,100 per tola today, up from Rs 267,200 per tola the previous day.

On Tuesday, the price of gold had surged sharply by Rs 5,500 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver also rose on Wednesday. Silver increased by Rs 165 per tola to reach Rs 4,420 per tola, compared to Rs 4,255 per tola on the previous day.
