Weather to remain mainly fair today

KATHMANDU: The weather across Nepal is expected to remain largely stable today, offering mostly fair conditions for the majority of regions.

According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, partly cloudy skies are likely in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, while the remaining parts of the country will experience predominantly clear and pleasant weather.

The Department stated that no significant weather system is currently affecting Nepal, contributing to the overall calm atmospheric pattern. As a result, visibility is expected to remain good in most areas, and no major weather-related disruptions are anticipated.

With stable conditions prevailing, the day is expected to be favorable for outdoor activities, travel, and agricultural work. The Department, however, advised that temperatures in the morning and evening may remain slightly cool, particularly in hilly and mountainous regions, and recommended people dress accordingly.
