State 3 Chief Koirala certifies Bill



HETAUDA: Chief of State 3 Anuradha Koirala on Wednesday certified the Bill Designed to Establish the Public Service Commission in the State and Providing for Its Works, Duties and Responsibilities, 2076 BS.

Koirala certified the Bill in the exercise of the powers stated in Article 201 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal.

The Bill certified today had been passed by the State Assembly a few weeks back and was recommended by the State 3 Government’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law, according to Rajesh Tamang, Chief Officer at the State Chief’s Secretariat.
