BHAKTAPUR: CPN-Marxist Leninist (ML) General Secretary CP Mainali has said that the incumbent government was failing to control black marketing and corruption.

At a festive greeting exchange program organized by the party district committee here on Friday, leader Mainali argued that federalism was facing a crisis as it was increasing the corruption.

Speaking in the same program, ML leaders Krishna Rana and Dinesh Khati blamed the government of not materializing its election manifesto.
