Minister Thapa urges NRNs to invest in Nepal



MYAGDI: Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens, Tham Maya Thapa has urged the non-resident Nepalis (NRNs) to make investments in Nepal.

Addressing a program of Myagdi Overseas Nepalese Association (MONA) International Working Committee at Ghodepani of Annapurna rural municipality, she claimed that the government has created an environment conducive for investment in the country with political stability and stable government.

She also maintained that the government has made a suitable policy arrangement to attract foreign investment in Nepal.

Minister Thapa said there were ample investment opportunities in sectors such as tourism, hydropower, commercial and agriculture, and livestock in Myagdi as well.
