Melodious Nepali music video ‘Rup Heri Hoina…’ goes online

KATHMANDU: A melodious Nepali music video ‘Rup Heri Hoina, Man Bujhi Hera…’ has hit the Nepali music industry. Sambodhan Music Pvt. Ltd. unveiled the music video recently in which Popular singer duo Melina Rai and Shambhu Phombo have given their sonorous voice.

Composed by musician Sashi Bangdel Gurung, the title of the song ‘Rup Heri Hoina, Man Bujhi Hera’ … (inner beauty matters, not the external one) suggests that inner beauty plays a vital role rather the external one when it comes to the relationship between the two lovebirds.

The song further suggests that a person should prioritize internal beauty over external beauty while falling in love with someone. The lyrics of the song implies that getting attracted to mere physical beauty is nothing more than infatuation. It is quite ephemeral.

Moreover, the essence of beauty depends on how you look at it, reads the lyrics (Yo Jeevan Hajur …’). It has emphasized on human qualities such as positive attitude, trust and moral values rather the than external features.

The song further suggests that a person should prioritize internal beauty over external beauty while falling in love with someone.

Even the moon, which is often employed as the symbol of beauty, is not perfect when observed from very close; it contains many stains, suggests the line, (‘Junlai Pani Niyali Here…’). A person should have love, trust, faith and positive attitude within himself/ herself to externally glow which, ultimately, determines their beauty.

The composition perfectly echoes to the sense as has been said by Alexander Pope and so is the cinematography equipped with the latest drone technology in the music video.

Set at Riverside Springs Resort in Kurintar, Dhading, popular model Nirajan Pradhan and female model Sona Palungwa have performed in the music video which is directed by Umesh Gurung.
