PM Oli inaugurates Panini Conference



LUMBINI: Prime Minister (PM) KP Sharma Oli inaugurated the historic Panini Conference today during an event organized at Panini Rural Municipality in the Arghakhanchi district.

The two-day conference brings together Sanskrit scholars, religious teachers, researchers, and policy-makers.

The event is jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Transport of Lumbini Province, the Tourism Development Council, Panini Rural Municipality, and Rainadevi Chhahara Rural Municipality.

Earlier, Chief Minister of Lumbini Province Chet Narayan Acharya welcomed PM Oli at the venue.

Organizers stated that the conference will feature discussions on the Sanskrit language, ancient knowledge, civilization, and the region’s tourism potential.
